Jenn Harper is the visionary founder and CEO of Cheekbone Beauty, an Indigenous-owned cosmetics brand dedicated to creating high-performance, sustainable beauty products that celebrate Indigenous culture and values.

As an Anishinaabe woman from the Northwest Angle #33 First Nation in Canada, Jenn’s mission is to provide Indigenous representation in the beauty industry while prioritizing sustainability and social impact.

Since founding Cheekbone Beauty in 2016, Jenn has led the brand to national and international recognition, securing partnerships with major retailers like Sephora Canada and JC Penney.

Her innovative and eco-conscious approach has made Cheekbone Beauty a leader in sustainable beauty.

Jenn's leadership and impact have earned her several prestigious accolades. In 2024, she was named One of Canada's Most Powerful Women, recognizing her influence in business and advocacy. She also received an Honorary Doctorate from Brock University, celebrating her contributions to entrepreneurship and Indigenous representation.

In 2022, Jenn was named one of 100 Women of Influence by Entrepreneur Magazine, highlighting her dedication to empowering Indigenous youth and advocating for sustainability in beauty.

Beyond her business achievements, Jenn is a passionate advocate for Indigenous education and empowerment, using her platform to support initiatives such as scholarships and mentorship programs. Her work has been featured in major publications, including Forbes, Elle, and Vogue, inspiring entrepreneurs with her story of resilience, authenticity, and purpose-driven leadership.
